Country Fit's Healthy Kids Quest

Back by popular demand by the kids... Country Fit Nutrition and Brush Strokes will be hosting another Healthy Kids Quest!  Get the kids busy during SPRING BREAK on Friday, March 9, 2018 with a little painting and exercise!
We'll be painting Glow Owl, a favorite picked out by Marlee Erlandson.  Followed by Kid Tabata/Yoga, and other fun activities and snacks.
