You might call the cancelation of the Great Minnesota Get-together and numerous county fairs across the region a bit “unFAIR”. We get it — we’re missing the fun and our favorite fair foods, too!

We’re helping to fill that foodie void, with a very “unUSUAL” event! Join us in Ellsworth for a full day of cheese curds and cheesy good food — Our own curd wagon and popular food trucks you will know from the Cheese Curd Festival will be serving up their popular cheese-inspired dishes.
