Federal Foam Technologies is celebrating 80 Years in business!

Join us in celebrating 80 years of Federal Foam Technologies with an open house at the company’s Ellsworth facility on Friday, October 30!

Founded in 1946, Federal Foam Technologies has grown into a leading custom manufacturer of foam, fiber, plastic, composite and rubber components, serving a wide range of industries across the country and around the world.

The company’s products serve important functions in everything from cushioning and sound absorption to thermal insulation, airflow sealing and vibration damping. Its regional operations include facilities in Ellsworth and New Richmond, Wisconsin, as well as Northwood, Iowa.

Federal Foam Technologies established its Ellsworth plant in the early 1990s, making it a valued part of our local manufacturing community for more than three decades.
