For a municipality, a Comprehensive Plan is like a road map for the community, directing growth and guiding the policies of a community into the future. The Village of Ellsworth's comprehensive planning process, “Plan 2022” is currently underway, and as a young professional, your input is needed! For June's FLEX Chris Holtkamp, UW River Falls, will be facilitating a focus group to compile feedback on what Ellsworth features and amenities are important to your demographic, today and into the future.  Please bring a fellow-young professional as a guest to this session! You are the future of Ellsworth and the more input and ideas, the better!

FLEX is a networking group specifically for young professionals ranging in age from 21-45. Each FLEX event begins with 30 minutes of networking followed by a 30 minute presentation featuring important topics for professional and personal success.
