November Member Meeting: Connect Communities Takes Ellsworth into the Future

Join us for an update by the Connect Communities committee on their work over the past year. As you know, in May of 2016 we applied and were accepted into the Wisconsin Economic Development's Connect Communities program, which focuses on revitalizing the state's downtowns, and creating commercial districts that are stable, physically attractive, competitive, and visible.

Successful commercial districts don't just happen. They need to be planned and nurtured. Their prosperity requires interest and action from many stakeholders who share a vision for the community. Thankfully, we have many business owners and community leaders who have a vision for Ellsworth, and have contributed their time and talent to getting this effort off the ground.

We look forward to providing an update on the effort and future plans to leverage our community's assets for the benefit of all!
