Veterans Day Program

Ellsworth Middle School will host its annual Veterans Day program at 9am on Friday, November 11. Guest speaker will be Steve Maddox, a Vietnam veteran who will talk about Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, veteran mental health issues and ways communities can help. 

The event will also include presentations from each grade, music from the eighth grade band and choir and a gun salute from the Bay City American Legion. Light refreshments will follow the program.

All attendees are invited to go to the high school at 10:30am for the opening ceremony of the Veterans Memorial Hallway, a hall painted to honor the area's military history.
